The City of Alameda has issued two Request for Qualifications (RFQs) from qualified developers for a 68-acre residential mixed-use project and a commercial project on a maximum of 82-acres at the former Naval Air Station (Alameda Point). With an iconic waterfront setting, stunning views, and close proximity to downtown San Francisco, Alameda Point presents one of the most significant waterfront development opportunities in the country.
