PLEASE NOTE:  The meeting is being noticed because the City's Sunshine Ordinance requires notice whenever a majority of the Recreation Commission may attend a meeting or function organized to discuss matters of public concern.  The Recreation Commission will not be conducting, discussing or participating in this meeting and the Recreation Administator will not be taking any minutes.
