Browsing Experience
This website is designed to be forward-compatible with HTML5 standards. HTML5 is a standard agreed upon by Microsoft, Apple, and Google. Most new computers, tablets, and smartphones come with HTML5 browsers, but older devices might still be running Internet Explorer 8 and early. (Note: IE8 came out in early 2009.)
This website is also designed to be backward compatible with IE8, but your all-around web browsing and online application experience will be much better if you could a) upgrade to IE9 or 10; b) download better browsers such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
