Main Street Neighborhood Specific Plan RFP

The City is seeking proposals from an interdisciplinary team of consultants to assist City staff and engage the community in preparing and adopting a Specific Plan for a 100-acre portion of Alameda Point, referred to as the Main Street Neighborhood. This sub-district of Alameda Point is envisioned to be a mixed-use neighborhood that supports alternative modes of transportation, and will build upon existing assets and character-defining features of the NAS Alameda Historical District.
