Public Forums to Discuss City Performance Measures

The City of Alameda invites community members to a public forum to discuss and receive community input regarding new performance measures that will help track whether City Hall is achieving the results we want, and whether we are using resources efficiently. The forum will be presented three times in three locations to offer ample opportunity for interested people to attend:
