Business Incentives

The City of Alameda takes pride in providing meaningful customer service. Economic Development staff will act as your advocate and point of contact for all City processing and permits. On your behalf, we will coordinate with other departments and guide you through the process. In addition, the following incentives are currently offered through the City of Alameda. Please contact Eric Fonstein, (510) 747-6895, at the City's Business Attraction and Retention Division for full details.
