The new parking meter kiosks located on Park Street are ready for use. As a courtesy, the City’s parking enforcement officers will give people friendly reminder notices for a few weeks. PARKING ENFORCEMENT will begin on Monday, June 25, 2012, which means if parking is not paid for with the receipt displayed, face-up, on the driver’s side dashboard, A TICKET WILL BE ISSUED.
The kiosks are very easy to use: 1) pay with either coins or a credit/debit card, 2) choose the amount of time needed, up to two hours, and 3) take the printed receipt and place it face-up on the driver’s side dashboard.

Please note that the kiosks:
- Cannot give change
- Will charge a one hour minimum when using credit/debit cards
