The City is soliciting applications from homeowners (four year term) and renters (two year term) who would like to serve on the Rent Review Advisory Committee. The appointee will serve the above noted terms.
The Rent Review Advisory Committee was established to review complaints of significant rental increases, to hear from both landlord and tenant regarding the increases, and to make recommendations as to whether those rent increases are justified. The Committee meets the first Monday of the month as needed.
Application forms may be obtained from the City Clerk, City Hall, 2263 Santa Clara Avenue, Room 380, by telephoning the Office of the City Clerk at 747-4800, or via the City’s website.
Interested persons are encouraged to submit an application to the Office of the City Clerk by November 5, 2015.
