Cannabis Business Operator Permit Application Available for Testing Laboratories
On April 17, 2018, the Alameda City Council approved an expedited process for permitting cannabis testing laboratories by allowing them to apply for a Cannabis Business Operator Permit directly. Other businesses must participate in a Request for Proposals process.
The City of Alameda is now accepting applications for permits for cannabis testing laboratories only on a first come first serve basis.
