As part of our ongoing commitment to keep our community safe, the Alameda Police Department (APD), will be conducting training exercises on November 5, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

In an effort to adequately prepare for potential catastrophic events, APD will engage in realistic scenarios that may produce sounds from munitions being utilized in and around the old Coast Guard Housing property. Several safety measures have been implemented to mitigate the risk to property, the public, and participants.

To respect the surrounding neighborhoods, a noise deadline of 7:00 p.m. has been put into effect.

What: ADVISORY – Police Training Exercises

When: Monday, November 5, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Where: Old Coast Guard Housing

As always, it is our privilege to serve this community and we appreciate this opportunity to train. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support.
