The City of Alameda has implemented a new paperless agenda system, but don’t worry, paper copies remain available in City offices for anyone interested. As a result of implementing the new system, agendas and staff reports, including the website version, have a new look. The September 3, 2013 City Council agenda was published using the new system. Anyone interested in viewing the new format, can access the agenda and meeting materials at the following link: http://alamedaca.gov/agendas
Along with the paperless agenda system, the City is launching a new database that contains agendas and videos (for meetings which were broadcast). The database includes searchable records for over 1,700 meetings dating back to 2005 and integrates historic records with future agendas in one convenient location.
Instructions on how to navigate the new system are available here.
If you have any questions or would like to learn more about agendas or the database, please contact the City Clerk’s office at 510-747-4800.
