Phase 4 of the High Street and Park Street Bridge Rehabilitation Project will begin Monday, October 26, 2015. During this phase of construction, the High Street Bridge will be CLOSED to vehicle traffic, bicyclists, and pedestrians as follows:

Detour signs will be in place to guide motorists around the closure area. When traveling through the construction and detour areas, motorists are advised to exercise caution and adhere to all traffic regulations.
