The City of Alameda received a Declaration of Restrictions by Kairos Power regarding restrictions to the use of the premises during the term of the Kairos lease. These restrictions include complying with all applicable laws pertaining to hazardous materials and that Kairos Power shall not handle radioactive material at the Premises.
