The City of Alameda is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the installation of two new 4 ton, City supplied, HVAC ductless split system rooftop units at Alameda Fire Station No. 2, located at 635 Pacific Avenue, Alameda, CA 94501. The work involves the installation of these units along with seven fan coil wall mount units. This includes the rooftop mounting and installation of condensation drains as per engineered plans and manufacturer, securing controls and programing the unit as per fire department specifics with new units.
Engineer’s estimate is $37,000.
