NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Alameda (“City”), by and through PM Realty Group (hereinafter “PMRG”) will receive sealed bids until 4:00 P.M. on Monday, May 23, 2016 for the interim inspection, testing, preliminary analyses and reporting services for rehabilitation of Piers 1, 2 and 3 (Pier Study) (“Project”).  The Project is located at Pier 1 – 1599 Ferry Pt., Pier 2 – 1499 Ferry Pt., and Pier 3 – 1399 Ferry Pt. (the “Project Site”) located at Alameda Point, Alameda, California. 
Four (4) complete, bound, double-sided copies, plus one (1) unbound copy (for a total of five (5) copies) of the proposal must be sealed and received prior to 4:00 P.M. on Monday, May 23, 2016 addressed as follows:

The Work includes the following:


This scope of work includes field investigations, assessment, analysis and preparation of an interim report addressing repair of damage with prioritization recommendations located on Piers 1, 2 and 3 at Alameda Point.


It is expected that work performed under this Scope will have a phased implementation, but will generally follow the outline below:
