The City of Alameda ("City") is requesting Proposals from qualified contractors to remove and recycle older toilet fixtures, and purchase and install new American Standard Brand commercial low flow toilets at the Alameda Police Department (APD), Alameda Fire Department (AFD), Mastick Senior Center (Mastick), and other bathrooms as requested throughout the City of Alameda.
The City desires to obtain the services of qualified contractors to provide Removal, Disposal (with intent to Recycle), and Installation of new American Standard Brand Commercial Low Flow Toilets (1.28 gpf) at:
• Alameda Police Department – 1555 Oak Street
• Alameda Fire Department Administration and Station One – 1300 Park Street
• Mastick Senior Center – 1155 Santa Clara Avenue
One copy of the Proposal, clearly marked with the project description, should be submitted by hand or mail no later than:
2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2016
to City Hall West, 950 W. Mall Square, Room 110, Alameda, CA 94501. All Proposals received by that time will be date and time stamped. Proposals will not be accepted after this time.
