The City of Alameda is solicitating bids for the Group 3- Sewer Pump Station Renovations for Reliability and Safety Improvements No. P.W. 03-14-11.
The project consists of removing and replacing equipment, rehabilitating existing wetwells, construction of new wet wells, construction of new manholes, installing new equipment, and replacing force and gracity mains at nine (9) sewage lift stations. Equipment to be replaced andi nstalled include pumps, piping, valves, electrical equipment, and other items shown to be constructed on the contract drawings or specifications, includeing repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work, and incidentals for complete and usable facility.
There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 29, 2016 at 1:30 PM at City Hall West, Public Works Department, Alameda Point, Building 1, 950 West Mall Square, Room 156, Alameda, CA 94501. The bid opening date is December 7, 2016. All bids are due no later than 2 p.m. to the City Hall West, Public Works Department, Alameda Point, Building 1, 950 West Mall Square, Room 110, Alameda, CA 94501. The bid opening time is 2:01 p.m. The engineers estimate for the project is $3,200,000.
