Per California Public Contract Code 22032, any Public Works Project that is estimated to be $175,000 or less is subject to the Informal Bidding Proecedures set forth by the State of California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA).
The City of Alameda Invites all interested California licensed contractors to complete and submit the 
Contractor's Prequalification Application for Calendar Year 2018 . The list of pre-qualified contractors is designed so contractors can receive a "Notice of Inviting Bids" for informal bidding projects under $175,000 in their work trade category. Only pre-qualified contractos will be notifed, in 2018, of upcoming Public Works projects that are estimated to be $175,000 or less.
Application due date: Thursday, December 28, 2017 by 2 p.m.
Completed applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "CUPCCAA Pre-Qualification Application for Calforinia License No. _____" to the address below. Also, indicate on the envelope which trade license you are applying for.
