The City of Alameda ("City") is requesting quotations from qualified organizations to assist the City in the Main Street Ferry Terminal Steam Cleaning project.
The City desires to obtain the services of an outside organization to help the City steam clean the Alameda Main Street Terminal located at 2990 Main Street. The selected organization will provide the full range of services including steam cleaning of the concrete customer waiting area and includes the areas surrounding the restrooms, underneath the passenger waiting area roof, and the area with benches not under the roof.

One sealed Request for Quotation, Exhibit B, including any Addendums, clearly marked with the project name “Alameda Main Street Terminal Steam Cleaning”, should be submitted no later than:
