REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Janitorial Services for Various City Facilities, Alameda, CA 94501
The Public Works Department on behalf of the City of Alameda is seeking Service Providers to provide Janitorial Services for Various City Facilities, per the Scope of Work (Exh A) of the Request for Proposals.
The Service Provider shall provide regularly scheduled janitorial services and appropriate supplies, tools, equipment to effectively and safely maintain a high level of cleanliness for specified City Facilities in accordance with the best standards of practice and as set forth in these specifications. It shall be the successful Service Provider’s responsibility to furnish at his/her own expense all tools, equipment, janitorial supplies, labor, fuel, materials, supervision, and services necessary for the satisfactory performance of the janitorial services work as set forth in these specifications.
