The work involves painting interior Woodstock Park Recreation Building of all painted surfaces including but not limited to ceilings, walls, doors/assemblies, repairing damaged wood beams and joints. Additional work includes removal and return of supplies in the walk in closet/storage rooms, safely securing the City items then painting the walls and ceilings and returning the items to the closet/storage rooms. All works shall be scheduled for after ARPD’s work hours and/or on Friday and weekends but the work space must remain work ready for staff during the weekday of the work schedule. The work consist of but is not limited to coordinating with City Project Manager, ARPD staff and/or other City staff within the proximity of the work zone, providing a responsible project schedule, weekly meeting with updates, procuring material without delays, staging and storing supplies and equipment, daily restoring site to conditions prior to the commencement of the upgrade while applying all applicable BMPS during the entire term of the project. In addition the contractor will secure the worksite at all times and accommodate City ARPD staff accordingly on this paint project to take place at Alameda Woodstock Park, 351 Cypress Street within the City of Alameda.
