The Site is just north of the first phase of the $1 billion mixed-use Site A development with 680 housing units, 93,000 square feet of retail and 8 acres of parks, open space and waterfront development. With close downtown San Francisco, a 20-minute ferry ride away, West Midway represents one of the most significant development opportunities in the country.
