Posey Tube Closed for Life and Fire Safety Inspections

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announced today that it will close the Posey and Webster Tubes for life and fire safety inspections as follows:

The Posey Tube, exiting Alameda, will be closed as follows:

·Saturday, August 12, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following morning.

·Sunday, August 13, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following morning.

The Webster Tube, entering Alameda, will be closed as follows:

·Saturday, August 19, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following morning.

·Sunday, August 20, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following morning.
