The City of Alameda is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the exterior painting of Fire Station No. 4, located at 2595 Mecartney Road, Alameda, CA 94502. The work involves the painting of all exterior painted surfaces of Fire Station No. 4 to match original color hues from design. Such surfaces include stucco walls, painted metal window frames, doors, jams, thresholds and entry ways, metal channels, gutters, facial trim, vents, downspouts and metal roofing with the specified paint, or of better quality.
