The City of Alameda is requesting vendors to propose, implement and support a new Integrated Library System (ILS) for the Alameda Free Library. Alameda Free Library (AFL) operates and maintains three service locations in the City of Alameda, California.
A total of 4 copies of the vendor’s proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked with the Vendor’s name and address, and the words “RFP for Integrated Library System”.
All proposals must be received in the Office of the City Clerk by June 2, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. local time. Proposals received after the time and date listed above shall be returned to the proposer unopened.
RFP due date: June 2, 2014 by 5:00 p.m.
