The work involves the replacement of one City Supplied Daikin (Trane) condensing units, 10 ton variable refrigerant flow system, ductless split system with 12 Fan Coil Wall Mounts units (one ceiling unit) to the Alameda Fire Department Station Number No.1 located 2401 Encinal Avenue, Alameda CA, including roof mounting and installation of condensation drains as per engineered plans and manufacturer, securing controls and programing the unit as per fire department specifics with new units.
