The City of Alameda is soliciting proposals for Engineering Services for the Replacement of the Arbor Street Storm Drain Pump Station, No. P.W. 10-14-15. Work consists of providing plans, technical specifications, engineering estimate, and construction support for the demolition of the existing Arbor Street Pump Station, and construction of a replacement that can handle 88,000 gpm. As a separate option, provide environmental services necessary to produce a CEQA document and obtain shoreline-related permits, or provide coordination with a City-contracted environmental consultant.
The prospective proposer shall provide a minimum of three references from public agencies where work was previously done, and such work must be pertinent to storm drain pump station design. The prospective proposer shall have a minimum of five years’ experience in stormwater/sanitary pump station design. Proposers lacking these minimums for reference or experience will not be considered.
