The City of Alameda is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified organizations who wish to be evaluated to perform on-site investigations, materials testing, engineering recommendations and reporting. The services provided will be on an on-call, as needed basis. The City intends to select and issue up to three one-year term contracts for these services with an option to renew.
