The City of Alameda is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified organizations to assist the City with on-call Architectural Services in all aspects of maintenance and CIP projects, including preliminary investigation, permitting, design, and construction management The City intends to select and issue up to three one-year term contracts for these services with an option to renew.
