The City is seeking a consultant or a team of consultants (Consultant Team) to prepare an Economic Development Strategic Plan (EDSP) that builds on the economic development work already completed or underway in Alameda. The Consultant Team will work with the community to understand the community’s economic development concerns and interests and to help guide the discussion about what is feasible in Alameda with respect to economic development.
