Fright Night: Solve the mystery and escape the room!

Something isn’t quite right. There’s an eerie calm in the air and it seems like you and your friends are the only people left on earth. Can you solve the mystery and get out in time before you succumb to the force that has taken over? 

Teens, ages 13 to 18, are invited to the library for a Halloween themed escape room on Saturday, October 21 from 5:30 PM to 8 PM. You’ll only have 25 minutes to solve the mystery and escape! We’ll have video games, board games, food, and more while you wait for your turn in the room.

All players must register in advance. Register by emailing Hallie at hfields@alamedaca.gov or by contacting the Reference Desk at 510-747-7713. You can sign up in groups of up to 4 teens or you can register just yourself. Any solo registrants will be put into a group. Space is limited so make sure to reserve your spot! 

This is an after-hours event so players should enter through the back courtyard. All registered players should arrive at 5:30 PM in order to guarantee that they will play with their group.
