CYCLIC 14 EASEMENT SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT NO. P.W. 10-17-44

The City of Alameda Public Works Department is seeking proposals for the Cyclic 14 Easement Sewer Rehabilitation Project.   The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified, and doing all work associated with installing and/or removing sanitary sewer mains, sewer laterals, manholes, manhole liners, cleanouts, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, street patch, landscape improvement restoration, water pollution and construction site controls, traffic controls and all other associated work shown to be constructed on the contract drawings or specifications, including repair, and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work, and incidentals for complete and usable facilities.

LOCATION OF THE WORK: The work to be performed is in various locations within the City of Alameda, California.

 

Plans and Specifications are expected to be available immediately.  Paper copies of the Plans and Specifications can be obtained from BPXpress Reprographics located at 4903 Central Avenue, Richmond, CA 94804 for a non-refundable cost of $75.00 per set. Shipping and handling are extra, depending on the delivery method. Electronic copies of the documents are also available for a non-refundable cost of $50.00 per set. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All questions related to this project, prior to opening bids, shall be prepared in writing and transmitted to the attention of Erin Smith, Acting Public Works Deputy Director, by email only at esmith@alamedaca.gov.  No inquiries will be accepted three business days prior to the bid opening dates as this would not allow time to respond to all plan holders.
