The City of Alameda ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide City and Safe Harbor Marinas with a site analysis for the improvement of the Ballena Isle development parcel, including the residual value of the land once the development has been completed and is operational. The RFP also includes requirements for recruitment of hotel development teams, assistance with selecting a qualified team, assistance with the agreements for the lease, development and operations of the hotel project.
Three (3) complete sets of responses and one electronic pdf version of responses to this RFP must be sealed and received prior to 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 14, 2017 addressed as follows:
