The City of Alameda ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide City and Safe Harbor Marinas with a site analysis for the improvement of the Ballena Isle development parcel, including the residual value of the land once the development has been completed and is operational. The RFP also includes requirements for recruitment of hotel development teams, assistance with selecting a qualified team, assistance with the agreements for the lease, development and operations of the hotel project.
