The City of Alameda is Soliciting bids for Removal and Installation of Three New, City Supplied, HVAC Trane Roof Units at the Alameda Police Department.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, mobilization, materials, implementing Best Management Practices (BMP’s), except as herein specified, and doing all work associated with removal and installation of three new, City supplied, HVAC Trane roof units as per the specification and plans.
Bids must be presented to the Public Works Department, 950 W. Mall Square, Room 110, Alameda, California, under sealed cover, plainly marked on the outside, "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THREE NEW, CITY SUPPLIED, HVAC TRANE ROOF UNITS AT ALAMEDA POLICE DEPARTMENT, P.W. 03-14-12", not later than 2:00 p.m. on the date set forth in the following paragraph.
Bids will be opened at City Hall West, 950 W. Mall Square, Suite 110, Alameda CA 94501 at 2:01 p.m. on Wednesday April 9, 2014.
Engineer's Estimate for this project is $17,000.
