Share Your Ride Week – October 2 – 6!
Make commute time your time during Share Your Ride week October 2-6, 2017. The City of Alameda encourages you to fill up those empty seats in your car, or take public transit to work or school. It’s easy, relaxing, and saves time and money.
Want to fill up those empty seats in October? Looking to take public transit? The all-in-one Clipper® Card helps make payment on AC Transit, BART and WETA for the ferry! In Alameda, the Clipper Card can be purchased at Walgreens (Webster Street, South Shore Center, and Park Street) and at DeLauer’s News Stand on Park Street.
Casual carpool pick-up spots in Alameda are on Santa Clara Avenue at Webster Street and on Encinal Avenue at Park Avenue.
