As part of the public infrastructure improvements for the Alameda Landing Project, Mariner Square Loop will be closed to south bound traffic from April 18th – June 30th between Marina Village Parkway and the Mariner Square Athletic Club. During this closure period, the public should expect to encounter south bound road detour signage around the construction area.
Street improvements in Mariner Square Loop will consist of a new EBMUD water line, widening the western portion of the road, new street lighting, installation of a new traffic signal, and the addition of a pedestrian sidewalk.
