Major Projects contains descriptions of major projects (one or more new buildings) or major policy initiatives (such as proposed General Plan updates or changes to the Zoning Ordinance) currently under consideration by the City.
Minor Projects contains current Design Review applications and Zoning Administorator proposals (such as small buildings, additions, variances, or use permits) currently under active consideration.
Applications on File will soon be available and will contain a list of all projects, major and minor, currently on file with the City of Alameda Planning Division.
