Community Workshop for AC Transit Line 51A

This community meeting is a working session to present and review proposed improvements for the Line 51A bus corridor, and  then to discuss  them in  small groups.

Potential options for improvements to reduce delay along the Line 51A bus corridor include:

• Bus stop relocation or elimination;
• Bus only lane extension on Webster Street between Atlantic Avenue and Willie Stargell Avenue;
• Bus stop improvements (bus bulbs, shelters, benches & trash cans);
• Intersection and traffic signal improvements;
• Transit priority signal timing improvements;
