Purpose
The Board shall perform the duties described in Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 34179) of Part 1.85 of Division 24 of the Health and Safety Code, as maybe accepted from time-to-time in connection with the winding down of the affairs of the former Community Improvement Commission of the City (CIC) of Alameda by the City of Alameda in its capacity as Successor Agency of the City.

Special Meetings will be held upon call of the Chair or by vote of a majority of the members of the Board
