The Water Emergency Transportation Authority (WETA) Board of Directors is holding its April Board meeting on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Alameda City Hall, 2263 Santa Clara Ave., 3rd Floor. “The April Board meeting in Alameda will give us an opportunity to brief the City, ferry riders and interested members of the public on the status of ferry service to the island and WETA’s plans for the future,” said Nina Rannells, WETA Executive Director. “Over the coming months, we plan to hold board meetings in other communities we serve.”
The Water Emergency Transportation Authority operates ferry services around the San Francisco Bay under the name “San Francisco Bay Ferry” (SF Bay Ferry). SF Bay Ferry provides service to the cities of South San Francisco, Vallejo, Alameda, Oakland and San Francisco.
