Alameda Free Library to Host Board Game Program

You’re invited to join the Alameda Free Library at Grown Up Gaming, an adult board game day. The Grown Up Gaming program will feature Paper Cuts, a party game for the rude and well read. Paper Cuts is similar to Apples to Apples and Cards Against Humanity, but all the questions and answers focus on authors, books, and all things literary. The Writers of the game will submit their bookish answers and the Editor will choose the best one. Come and show off your reading expertise at the library.

The Grown Up Gaming program will be on Saturday, February 25 from 1 PM to 4:30 PM. It will be held in the Regina Stafford Community Room at the Main Library. The Grown Up Gaming program is for adults, ages 18+ only.

The library will provide a selection of board games and participants may also bring their own games to play. Friendly competition is encouraged and all skill levels of players are invited to participate.

Please call the Main Library Reference Desk at (510) 747-7713 with any questions. The Alameda Free Library is located at 1550 Oak Street, Alameda, CA 94501.
