Cure for the Summertime Blahs

If you are in need of a cure for summertime boredom, the Alameda Free Library has a great solution; free museum and attraction passes through an online platform called Discover & Go.

Library cardholders can access Discover & Go on the library’s homepage and obtain free and discounted tickets to popular, fun venues in and around the Bay Area. Some of these locales include the Oakland Zoo, the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco, the Exploratorium, the Alameda Pacific Pinball Museum, the USS Hornet Museum, the Bay Area Discovery Museum, the California Academy of Sciences, and many more. There are currently 56 venues to choose from.

Library cardholders can browse and reserve tickets by date or by attraction, then print the passes and go. For more information, please visit the Alameda Free Library website at www.alamedafree.org and click on the Discover & Go button at the bottom of the page, or navigate directly to https://alamedafree.discoverandgo.net/.
